During the July 14th MCC meeting Jim Eggemeyer spoke in vague terms about his departments "collaboration" with developers Jeff Peck and Steve Barber on the Big Wave Project Environmental Impact Report. Eggemeyer blamed his departments poor communication and public outreach on budget and staffing cutbacks.
